Tile Roofing
A tile roof is traditionally made from ceramic, clay, concrete and or slate tiles. Each tile is secured to the roof deck with nails. Just like traditional shingles, a tile roof starts from the bottom and each individual row overlaps the previous. Some advantages of a tile roof include it's durability, longevity, being fire retardant, high wind resistant, recyclable, breathable, and low-long term cost. One disadvantage includes the most expensive roof to repair.
