Deck and Pergola

At Jefferson Builders & Roofing we love when clients give us the opportunity to be artistic, especially when we can add not only value to ones home but our clients lives. When we met with Ladonna and Roni we knew this wasn't another deck, it was a story. A home where family and friends gather, and by blessing them with their dream outdoor living area we were adding value to theirs an many others lives. It may sound cliche but Ladonna and Roni were wonderful clients to work for. This may have be a business but it's about the people that we serve and we humbly appreciate when we get the chance to work for those who are grateful for not only our work but who we're.

About the project, Ladonna and Roni had a preexisting deck that was tucked in a small corner of the backside of their home. Ladonna wanted that old one removed and a new deck to wrap the whole length of the back of the deck with a pergola on the north side of the house to create an area of gathering during the warm months we have in North Idaho. Now the deck itself couldn't be on one tier so in order to fit the deck we had to make modifications that aligned with their landscape and original home design while making the steps wide and gradual enough to walk on. After all things were considered we cracked ground, and after three and half weeks we completed the project.
