Basement Remodel

Jefferson Builders carefully planned the open themed basement. We supported the existing load baring wall with an exposed glulam beam. We also leveled the existing floor with a poured leveler, and then installed Lifeproof flooring. In addition, we wrapped the room with bead board.

Country Style Kitchen

Completed Residential Roofs

Jefferson Builders was contracted out to complete new updated tile roofs within a residential area. This project turned out beautiful, with sharp and easy lines.

Kitchen

Jefferson Builders came into this project knowing that there was plenty of opportunity. The open lighting, island, and tall ceilings made this modern kitchen into a masterpiece.

Skylights

Entryway/Fireplace

Jefferson Builders tore out the existing brick work and added a new fire mantel piece, as well as a new modern finish brick. We also sanded and finished the floor.

New Home

Jefferson Builders completed this project December of 2012. From ground break to completion took approximately 4 months. This 1,600 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 3 car garage resides in Post Falls, Idaho at Crimson King Estate.

Jefferson Builders was asked to renivate this apartment. With the new Pella windows/ sliding door, updated floor, and white walls made this project what it is.
